I'm going to offer only real truth and honest advice here.

I've been in the fitness industry for almost four decades. I've seen a lot of bad stuff. I've worked with hundreds of clients. This blog is about helping anyone who wants to be more fit, and that includes a healthier body, but also a healthier mind.
